It is a major benefit for the WCOL to have the LD Chairman as a member of the Wisconsin Lake Leaders Institute. This organization brings together committed leaders in policy development, citizen advocacy, county-wide lake associations, and municipal government. Together they work towards assisting citizens in developing, enhancing, and employing both their technical and people skills, to enrich their lake communities and the waters within them.
